Large Octagonal French Brass Repousse Mirror, 19th Century
This is a very large octagonal cushion-form repousse brass mirror. The size alone makes this mirror unusual, when combined with the fact that the form is cushioned and octagonal, the mirror becomes spectacular. The mirrored sections are beveled showing just the right amount of appropriate patina. All elements of the mirror appear to be original. There are a couple of very minor imperfections to the brass which do not affect either the appearance or value of the mirror.
